Incendium Celestia

after thinking about Celestia's defeat in the canterlot wedding, i refuse to believe that a goddess like pony that can control a giant glowing ball of nuclear power. I have decided to accept a head cannon that entails of her true power being too powerful to unleash upon nearby living beings or they'd be roasted by the mere heat that she exudes. 
So in my denial, celestia lost on purpose because she cant user her true power or else the ponies in the room would have been killed
